The Farmhouse is a spacious two-story residence with private Guest rooms upstairs and welcoming common areas downstairs. The main level includes a large family room with a fireplace and wall of windows, a guest services room with washer and dryer, refrigerator and countertop appliances, and a small game room for board games. The deck wraps around two sides of the Farmhouse and features seating, tables, and a fireplace with views of the creek. It is a peaceful place to relax in the fresh mountain air. The Farmhouse is available for individual room rentals or as a full-house rental for special events with catered food.

The Studio Cabin is a standalone studio located slightly uphill from the Farmhouse. It includes a queen bed, private bath, and kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and bar sink. The cabin also features an enclosed patio and a wraparound open-air deck with views.

The Guest House is a single-story ranch-style residence with five guest suites. Common areas include a living room with fireplace, full kitchen, and full-size laundry machines. French doors open to a landscaped backyard with deck seating. The Guest House is ideal as a whole-house vacation rental.
