THE PRESERVE

The Preserve at Arrowhead Springs

Set in Waterman Canyon above San Bernardino, Arrowhead Springs Nature Preserve & Retreat is a 38 acre nature preserve in the San Bernardino Mountains. Visitors enjoy the peaceful melodic creek as it wanders through the property, visiting the orchard, hiking the trails, observing the diverse mountain wildlife or taking in the many inspiring views from dawn to dusk… and for our overnight guests, the infinite night sky. Our guests love spending the day exploring and unwinding on our preserved land. Follow the creekside trail, visit the orchard, relax in the spring pool and jacuzzi, or take in the view from the creekside gazebo. This landscape offers a natural reset in San Bernardino National Forest.

Hiking and walking trails throughout the Preserve are in progress. Overnight guests can request guided preview tours of the preserve in the meantime. Once the preserve is ready for guests to visit at their leisure, daily hours of operation will be 10am – 5pm. The preserve will only be open to subscribers of Arrowhead Nature Preserve and overnight guests of the retreat center. This will help cover the costs of preserving and maintaining sustainable access to this protected space for years to come. To find out about becoming a Subscriber click Here.
